Agreement Between You and Ho‘omalu Hawai‘i

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders may not be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun. Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your order and must meet the requirements outlined below.

​

Ho‘omalu Hawai‘i does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including changes of preference, scent selection, color expectations, or other personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concern and determine the appropriate next steps.

Items purchased through www.hoomalu.co must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an error occurred on our behalf.

Once your return is received, Ho‘omalu Hawai‘i will inspect the item and notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, any claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.
